Filter sounds weird almost like flanger

I recently updated my recordbox from a 30-day trial to license, Once I did I was automatically promoted for a driver update. ever since then, the filter sounds weird almost like the flanger. 

This is not an issue with the device because it works fine on other computers. 

I phoned into support they suggested I try the new beta version 4.3.1 I still have the problem as I had on 4.3.0.

Mac Book Pro with El Capitan 

MIDI Controller - DDJ- RB

I have also tried removing and reinstalling the software/drivers multiple times.
