No sound from speakers or headphones - xdjrx
I've just bought the xdj rx and all connected to my speakers etc.... however there is no sound and no sound levels on the actual deck near the faders and no sound through my headphones. However on the screen it says the tracks are playing!?

They need more detailed information in order to narrow down your problem.
Will you please inform us detailed spec of your computer?
1. OS and its version (eg: Mac El Capitan, Windows 10, etc.)
2. CPU
3. Memory
Can you take a picture when the tracks are playing, in particular showing us how you have the mixer setup. I would like to see where you have the "Trim" pot set.
I also have this problem?
