DDJ-RX left jog wheel stoping

Hey does anyone have any problem with the left jog wheel on their RX?
I just got mine on 11/28 started to use it on Sunday i did the firm ware up date, on the controller i notice that the left job wheel will stop and then start while scratching or operating it for me to get it back to work i have to apply pressure to it and it's only happen on the left jog wheel.
