DDJ Wego2 Prelistening Cue trouble!

Hello,

I've been trying to solve this problem for some months now and I haven't been able to get to a solution.

The prelistening of the decks doesn't work as the 'master' track is always heard through the headphones even though I set the prelistening only in 'cue'.

Hope I have made myself clear enough so you guys can understand which is my problem. Thanks in advance.
