bought a brand new ext hard disk 500gb cause the usb stick is not stable when I am on gigs . I use to carry around 900 tracks /15 GB of memory and I use a 32gb memory stick . I became unstable so I bought a TOURO MOBILE EXT Hard Drive . I tried to sync the playlist using sync manager . the device not found .
in explorer I can see the device . G TOURO MOBILE .
can you please let me know why am I having this issue?
