How many iTunes libraries can I use In rekordbox

What it is, is that I have two iTunes libraries with different formats (320 format and another with a lower format)

is is there a way to export the 128 library into rekordbox without overwriting my current 320 tracks which I have transferred..?

otherwise I am going to have to move them to my 320 iTunes library which is time consuming.
