@Ricardo > There aren't any settings there which would disable the crossfader as you've illustrated. The engineers believe the problem may be hardware related, but try flashing the firmware first to see if that resolves the issue. Instructions and the download are here. If the update doesn't fix it, please contact technical support from the links at the right to arrange servicing.
