DDJ 400 Firmware Update Stuck

Hi

I started the DDJ 400 firmware upgrade a couple of days ago and it's still stuck on the "The update program is running..." window. The controller cycles through the lights like it does when its not in use. Even though it says not to, can I unplug it and try it again/check to see if it actually finished? Thanks.
