Hi,

 

I'm on MAC. The sound works at the speaker at the beginning, but not sure what happened, when reopen it later, the speaker doesn't have any sound.

 

Firm ware updated to the latest one already. Has tried uninstalled the driver and reboot and reinstalled again. But still not working.

 

only sound from mac built-in speaker.
