does anyone have the map 7000 build-in soundcard works on Mac OS X Lion?

@Rogier > Sorry, I haven't updated to Lion to be able to tell for sure, but 10.6 is the last version officially supported.  Your mileage may vary running those drivers with 10.7.x.
