Rekordbox 2.2.4.5 crashes before starts

Please help anyone who knows how to fix this crash

Been deleting all  registry rekordbox files and hidden files,renaming to .old, allowing it through firewall  exc ,nothing works.

Im using widows 7, 32 bit,2.2 GHz,2Gb RAM

Rekordbox.exe has stopped working!
