Transferring new cue points back to rekordbox after playing

Hi guys..

still new to rekordbox and have another question. When i am playing on usb and cdj i add a bunch of new cue points while playing. When i am done playing how do i update my songs to reflect these changes?

When i plug my usb back into my mbp i transfer the history into playlists but don't see the changes that i just added to the songs.

Any info would be great.
