DDJ-400 is Disconnected.
Hello, I just bought DDJ 400 controller and when i connect to rekordbox, it's telling "DDJ 400 is disconnected" this message flashing continuous , I've done all the resets uninstalled the driver multiple times but no change... Pl help.

Are you on a Mac running High Sierra? And if so, did you disable the driver security while installing the drivers?
No i am using windows 7...
& I've done all the resets uninstalled the driver multiple times but no change... Pl help.

I am Having a Dell 1545 laptop with Core 2 Duo Processor... is it compatible or i have to buy a new one....
@MANISH > Technically speaking, a Core2Duo processor doesn't meet the minimum computer hardware requirements, and as such, my not operate as intended.
I'm facing the same issue on windows 7. Even in virtual DJ it shows failed to connect. Please help waiting for you to solve this issue. Thank you.
Have you tried using a USB3 port?
Yea already tried it with another PC using usb 3.0

Hi there ... I'm facing the same issue with my brand new ddj400 and followed all of this previous instructions but still ..
For your info this issue just started to appear few days back and never happened since i bought it in October. .. my opinion is that ddj400 firmware needs to be updated .
Please try to solve this issue ASAP coz i have NYE event and need to use my controller.

Same issue here, DDJ400 disconnected, i use HP Elitebook 820 run in windows 10 and this laptop spec is core i7, with use new firmare rekordbox 5.7.0 which is i update in 27 october 2019. I need to play in my event at 02 november could you please help to fix it?@pioneerdj or some other guys can help me?
