DDJ-SR making crazy things

Hello,

i've just bought a DDJ-SR from Musicstore in germany. After playing for a while i have the problem, that the right deck makes crazy things. When i press an hold "sync" the whole right deck flashes. Ohter buttons on the right deck are also not longer working as expected. I am using a Asus Notebook / Win7 / Direct connected USB.

Is there a fix available?
