Converting phono inputs to line inputs on DJM mixers

Hi.  So as you know, there are a couple of "phono" inputs on the DJM mixers.  Is there a device or a way to plug line level sources into them?  I ask because I have a rack that has two dual CD players, so there is 4 line inputs already, and then add a SL4 or other inputs, and you need every input you can get on the mixer.  So if I needed to plug a cd player into one of the phono inputs, where can I find such a converter?  Or, is there a way to simply override the phono preamp inside the mixer?  Thanks.
