DDJ SZ jog wheel problem please help

ive come out of hosbital in Southampton uk to my brand new ddj sz opened it up plugged it in and i find the jog wheel becomes un-responcive at times and the mic volumes knob feels like its held in with paper wobbles about ect i purchased from Thormanns and they want me to ship to germany and i not happy for that surly being brand new pioneer will help this disabled dj out please ???? under warranty
