DJM 900 Firmware Upgrade - Connection Not Recognized

Hello - 

I am trying to upgrade my DJM 900 Nexus with the latest firmware. I have the LAN cable connected from my mixer to my Macbook Pro via USB-C dongle. The dongle works, as I've tested it on my internet connection.

When mixer connected to computer it says it's connected but there's an orange circle instead of a green one (see photo). As such, the upgrade is not able to begin. 

No idea how to solve for this, appreciate any help!
