RZX Video not running on decks

Hello,
Hope your doing fine, just ran into a slight issue and thought of running this by you. The Video’s on Deck 1. and 2 are not running when the track is in play mode. The Middle Screen however works how do I rectify this issues?
Note : I’m still running on Ver 4.2.5 and not updated the firmware to date.
Doubt this can be the issue since since nothing was changed hence the video can’t stop working.
Anyway pls advise way forward.
