EQ's are not working when I connect my interface with XDJ-XZ

Hallo,

I recently added my scarlett 4i4 focusrit to my dj setup as I wanted my recordings of a higher quality. I connected my Adam t5v to my macbook pro, and connected the focusrite to my macbook pro. I also connected my XDJ-XZ  to my macbook. I can play my music via the volume faders, and the loops, cues en play buttons are working as well. The problem is that I can't use my EQ's, filters and effects. How can I solve this.
