XDJ-RR serious bug : the track freezes and no sound

Hello,

I was mixing with my XDJ-RR last time when suddenly, for no reason, the music stopped playing and no sound came out of the speakers, even though I touched the PLAY/PAUSE button.

Almost all the system wasn't responding except for some small functions (like BPM) as you can see in the video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/bmat-36Puds

Thankfully, I wasn't playing in front of a crowd, but it's the first time this has happened and it's worrying me a lot. Has anyone ever had this problem? Do you know what the problem is?
