URGENT - Rekordbox 6 does not let me use or analyse tracks

Hi All,

Would really appreciate your help here. I tried to use all the options suggested here https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409698405657--unable-to-use-or-edit-track-analysis-error

but none of them work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 6 again but that doesnt work either. I tried downloading and using 5 but Itunes doesnt work properly in 5? Does anyone know have any more knowledge on this. Maybe I can't uninstall 6 properly? Or if I make a new account will that make a difference?
