DDJ-200 faders + EQ knobs not working
Everything on my controller works properly except for the track faders, crossfader, and all 6 EQ knobs. The lo/hi filter knobs work fine, but the things I just mentioned don't do anything... I use Rekordbox (already tried uninstalling & reinstalling, didn't fix the issue). I checked the connection and even tried another USB cord, to no avail. Anyone else have this issue or know what the deal is? i've already scoured the internet looking for answers/solutions on YouTube, random forum threads, Pioneer's FAQs, and have yet to find any info on this issue. The only thing I found was on some random Reddit thread where the person said that switching between Internal and External in the settings fixed their issue, but that is not the case for me. I've tried both and the effort was futile. PLEASE HELP!!! <3

My DDJ-200 worked for the first month with Rekordbox (I was able to use all of the functions on my controller), and suddenly my HI EQ is replaced with Trim and all of the EQ knobs are unusable. My faders do not work and functionality on Rekordbox is limited. I was under the impression that this controller came with a license key as per the packaging and advertising.
