Pioneer XDJ-RX3 Not recording

Hey everyone, i am having problems recording my sets on my xdj-rx3, i barely use this machine and like to fool around the odd time but when i put something together and went to hit record to my usb 2 which is formatted correctly i wait and see the link blinking red under MASTER REC then at the end of my set i click it again to end recording and the light stops. After this i go and look for the saved recording and there is nothing on the usb stick, i tried a different usb too. Any ideas?
