Opus Quad Rebooting

Hi, I just got the Opus Quad and it seems like there's an issue with it.
When i start it it freezes with an ~50% chance right after it finished loading - you can clearly see when no light is turning of.

replugging and starting again sometimes fixes this issue and when it's properly booted it is running fine.
I'm fairly sure it has nothing to do with my usb stick, as I've tried several and also freezes without a stick plugged in.

is this a known issue or is it a hardware defect?
