Samsung galaxy book 3 serious issue

I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy book 3 and I have been having serious issues with using the touchpad while using rekordbox.  Whenever I touch the touchpad to move the cursor around on the screen I get visual glitches while the waveforms are playing as well as audio glitches and dropouts.  If I touch it enough times the audio will completely drop out and then I have to wait 2 to 3 seconds for it to come back on.  I have hooked up to a DJM A9 and two PLX CRSS12s.  I have tried different combinations of plugging in the hardware to the computer as well as making sure all the drivers and firmware is up to date.  It also happens when I use a wired mouse.  I have tried everything that I can think of when it comes to touchpad settings and mouse settings on the computer itself.  All my software is up to date including drivers for the touchpad and mouse settings.

I have no idea what to do and in it's current state I can not play live with this issue persisting.  I need help please.
