REKORDBOX WONT OPEN DUE TO WRONG LOGIN

So I bought a pioneer ddj -1000 about 8 yrs ago and it came with the rekordbox code for download- has been working great.

I bought a new computer - downloaded rekordbox core and when u open record box it has a pop up for email and password.  i put in the same credentials i use all the time and it says it is not recognized. What is the fix. 

i tried reset password - same thing

i tried a brand new account and password - same thing

i disabled 3rd party cookie blocker-  

i need help!
