CDJ 3000 freeze (screen stops, track stops)

Hello my name is Akos, I own a small rental company with Pioneer CDJ'S and mixer and I also produce music and Dj. I need to find some solutions to an issue that I have with my Tracks but I want to also tell you about a "bug" in my opinion what is happening to the CDJ 3000. I play diferent type of music so it can be that some tracks are exported are in wrong format and the CDJ is refusing to play them. That is very normal, but after this issue the pre-listen (waveform) function of the CDJ 3000 dosen't work anymore and after that the screen goes out , all the leds are working but the player stops playing. Please belive me that I wanted to send the cdj to service but I saw that all of my players are doing this issue (I have 6 peace) and on the same gig where this happend for exemple I had this issue and the other 2 dj's didn't any any problem. The most anoying thing is that the player stops working. On CDJ 2000nxs 2 this is not happening. I think this issue is from my music collection but I found it not profesional that the CDJ 3000 freezes from this and must restart it to play in it again. What do you suggest to do?
