DJM-A9 Bluetooth & USB Not Working
Super frustrating. Nearly $3K on a mixer and the most basic functions do not work.
First, the Bluetooth function does not work. I can't even connect my phone to it. I get an error from my device after it shows the pin code. I've tried multiple devices.
Second, I recently upgraded to iPhone 15 Pro (USB-C) and when I plug into the mixer. My phone cannot play via USB. My iPhone 14 (with the old pin) would work.
What can I do?

I'm going to start and ask if you bought this within the last 12 months, if so send the mixer in for repairs for the bluetooth.
Don't try to find solutions yourself if there is still warranty on it.
