ddj-rb sound not working on rekordbox

rekordbox is only playing out of my headphones, not my speaker. never had this problem before, it usually automatically registers my laptop speakers and then i switch the settings to play off my separate speaker. now it's not showing up at all and i looked into my windows settings and everything is on there.
