Error E-8309: Link Access Error rekordbox version 6.8.2 ( using LAN Connection )
I was trying to connect my laptop with the players i have tried it on both ( CDJ2000NXS & XDJ-1000 MK2) using LAN Connection
both resulting with same results:
E-8309: Link Access Error

This error occurs when the rekordbox cannot open certain network ports for some reason.
Some other applications may use the same network port.
If any other application that has network function, especially file sharing is running on the computer, please terminate/close it.
There was a customer who solved the issue by uninstalling the Veeam or shutting down the nfsd.
If you are using a Mac,
You can detect the application that uses a certain network port in the way below.
1. Launch Applications->Utilities->Terminal
2. enter "sudo lsof -i:2049"
3. Input password

Can the CDJ-2000NXS and XDJ-1000MK2 link with each other with the LAN cable?
Probably you are using an ethernet hub to connect the players to the laptop.
Please try to connect each player directly to the laptop and see if the link works.
Is it possible to try another computer?
