Rekordbox Importing from USB Drive Not Working

Hi Guys,

I use 2 systems to manage my music (My Desktop Gaming PC Windows) And my performance laptop (Macbook Pro) forever i have always transferred tunes from either libraries by exporting the playlist to a USB Drive, plugging into the laptop and importing that playlist or folder. Its worked until a few months ago. Currently i can still see the files, play them etc in rekordbox directly off the USB, but when i click import, the progress meter stays up for a second then finishes. it imports the Folder and subcrates or individual playlists that i clicked import on, but not the tracks. This now happens 100% of the time and i cant transfer new tracks unless i just copy the files over and drag them in. Super frustrating because i source and cue point my music on my desktop PC then i like to import to my laptop for shows pre prepped and in playlists ready to go. (Its just easier to manage on my PC with the mouse and big monitor)

Is there a solution to this? ive updated versions, still no change. I didnt want to resort to uninstalling the app, just incase i lose my library. I use this laptop for gigs 4-5 nights a week and is heavily relied upon.
