Pioneer DJM-V10-LF Channel 1 issues - Traktor deck A is being trigged by raising volume on channel 1

I just bought the Pioneer DJM - V10 LF its not working with traktor pro 3 I've done basic troubleshooting the firmware is the latest in the V10. Traktor pro 3 is also the latest version & the channels are mapped out right. The issue happens with chanel one / deck A when i raise the volume the track plays when i push play on deck B channel 2 deck A will play again and deck B will play adjusting the volume on channel 2 won't affect channel B's play it wont stop it either but it does affect deck A chanel one. Channel 3 which is Deck C isnt affected & plays normal. Channel 4 which is Deck D isn't affected & plays normal. I can't figure this out prior to the DJMV10LF i had a Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus I was using traktor in 4 deck mode with 2 X1 controllers I never had any issues everything worked flawlessly. I would appreciate any feedback or solutions
