Rekordbox 6.8.X not exporting to any legacy models

I made the mistake of installing a newer version of Rekordbox onto a new PC build. I've read that any version 6.8 or higher incorporates playlist plus. It's supposed to work seamlessly to export both versions so legacy versions can still work but you can also use it with the OPUS QUAD. Which no one has and no clubs use. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case. When I export I can see the files on my thumb drive but they are not recognized on my XDJ XZ or on CJ 2000's or 3000's. I can confirm that the files are successfully exporting onto the USB Drive.

I keep my music collection on an external hard drive. I can open Rekordbox on my laptop and export from there just fine. I can see everything on the stand alone gear and everything is normal. This is version 6.7.5. I tried to uninstall Rekordbox 6.8.2 from my PC and install 6.7.5. Unfortunately it still wont export. I can see it has labeled all the thumb drives as OPOS QUAD only, which I can't change. So maybe the uninstall kept drivers for playlist plus/opus quad or something to that effect.

I've tried reformatting the thumb drives. It doesn't help. I've been through every option in the menus and I can't find a way to resolve it. I've been through long and useless email threads with Pioneer customer service and I'm convinced they don't even know how to use Rekordbox at all and just sit in an oversees call center somewhere reading from an outdated troubleshooting flow chart.

Since I can still export the playlists from my laptop I am still able to gig and limp along, but I'd really like to be able to export from my primary computer. Does anyone have any advice?
