everyone is having similar issues with this update so will there be an update to fix this problem
and the issue is no wave forms showing in controllers.

Not sure who "everyone" is but I did not have this issue.
And used 6.8.3 with no problems during a live stream yesterday.
Update was installed through the internal updater.

Engineering team are investigating.
Use previous version 6.8.2 until this issue is fixed.
