What is the best way to Organize your music Collection in Rekordbox for usb ?

Hi Everyone
I'm looking for the best way to organise my music for Quick mixing on cdjs.


I've started to beat grid tracks and add cue points properly. Specifically beat grid Rekordbox for the most part recordox gets it wrong with Intro tracks or Extended tracks and bpm.

I've started to use the tags list maybe I'm overcomplicating the tags list.
I'm all so trying to Separate tracks with vocals and Without vocals.

With the Intelligent playlist is there a way to Limit how many tracks it adds in a playlist?
