CDJ2000NXS Jog Wheel issue

Hi all,

My jog wheel is bugging on one of my deks. When I turn on the outer side of the wheel to adjust speed it seems to trigger also the top as if scratching. Which makes it impossible to make adjustments while mixing two tracks in master.

Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem or ever had this situation?
