RB not importing

Hey guys, I'm new to DJing and recently get a new laptop. So I tried to import all my playlists and tracks into a new device.

I plugged in my USB drive into my new computer and started importing. While rekordbox showed that the importing process was preparing, upon opening the imported list on the device, I found that there were nothing in the list. :(

I'm wondering what might be causing this issue. If you know how to resolve it please help.
