CRSS12 - Auto Standby Not Working

Hello, I have two CRSS12 tables, each bought at separate times from the same vendor. On my first table the Auto Standby works as intended - it goes to sleep after 4 hours and I can wake it up by pressing the "Motor Off" button.

I got the second table about 8 days ago. I've noticed that it will not go into Auto Standby. The function is set to "On" in the Utility menu. I've tried toggling it On/Off. I've left it on overnight twice after running it, and it has not gone into standby mode after both uses.

Both are connected to an S11 and the mixer is turned completely off when not in use. Please help!
