CDJ-3000 USB Reader

Anyone else having issues with the USB drive not detecting your thumb drives? It's been a crap shoot if it would detect it once I insert my usb. I have to constantly plug and unplug until it detects it or power the cdj on and off. 

Also, anyone know of any reputable repair shops in the OC of LA area?  I have to take the other cdj in because some spill a little of their drink on it so now I'm having toggle issues and some buttons are gummy. ughhh
