Rekordbox + DJM 250 MK2 + OBS Troubleshooting
So I have a timecode vinyl setup including a DJM 250 MK2, two Technics 1210, my Macbook and a Sonos 5 as my Monitor (the later is getting its input from the master output of the DJM).
Now I tried to stream a set via OBS. To me it sounded great, but on the stream (I recorded it), it was two songs playing on the same volume, without the DJM's effects and not fading out even though I did so on the Mixer.
So obviously OBS is catching the pre mixing signal.
Is there any workaround other than buying an external audio device and leading the mixer's master back into the macbook?

Probably the OBS is just receiving the rekordbox's internal audio, so as you mentioned, pre mixing signal is recorded.
When the mixer is used as a soundcard, the audio is output to the mixer and returned to the rekordbox.
To route the audio to the OBS, you may need to use a virtual routing software but it is not guaranteed to work properly.
Generally, it is recommended to use another computer for live streaming or return the audio using an external interface.
You can see the following forum as a reference, but it is not guaranteed.
