DJM-S11 Rekordbox Part ISO - MIDI Mapping the EQ Knobs

I tried to re-map the EQ knobs on the DJM S11 Mixer. I made the following configuration PartISO Activation for deck 1&2 on Shift+FX1 1 and Shift+ FX1 2 and i also remapped the EQs. When i freshly connect the mixer regular EQ is active, as soon as i activate PartISO all EQ knobs work with Trackseperation Inst, Vocal, Drums. Wich is great so far, but the problem is i'm not able to switch back to EQ unless i restart rekordbox or disconnect the mixer. Am i missing somthing i need to Set in Midi mapping or is there any possibility to get this on an update. Because regulating the Stems via EQ ist what makes Rekordbox more interesting than Serato to me.
