CDJ 3000 HID USB issue

okay im sick of this with no resolution from pioneer since being brought up more than 2 years ago

When another DJ is running Serato and you want to change DJ's that are on USB, You need to reboot the CDJ in order for it to read the USB. It doesnt just disconnect from HID mode. anyone know of any other resolutions or know if pioneer/ AT are doing anything about this?

its clearly a software issue that needs to be addressed

Cheers Guys
