DDJ-FLX4 - Jog wheel on the 2nd deck unable to slow or speed track

Hello,

DDJ-FLX4 - Jog wheel on the 2nd deck unable to slow or speed track. 

If i "press" the jog wheel it stops the track but i can´t slow the song or make it faster, so i can´t beat sync on the second deck. The 1st deck is working fine. 

Anyone have any idea?
