FLX10 USB A and USB B not working

I had my FLX connected to my HP Pavillion 15 laptop since I bought it on 22-Feb-2024. Everything worked on a daily basis until my gig on Saturday. I plugged everything in as usual and USB-A did not respond. Whatever we tried. Other cables, other laptop. Moved to USB-B and then all was fine the whole evening. Once back home also USB-B stopped working. Any ideas?

Use use the USB cable that came with the FLX10.

Laptop has:

- Windows 11 Build 22631
- 32 Gb RAM
- 63 Gb free SSD disk space (NTFS)
- USB 3.1
- Latest FLX10 drivers
- Intel Core i7-8750H CPU 2.2 Ghz 6 cores
