does the touch screen work when a pc is connected or only when a pen drive is connected .

 

currently hen my PC  is using rekordbox 6.8.5 is connected by c usb the source displayed is " software information. after that the touch screen does not work and only the rotary knob moves 

does a PC connect by wifi to the opus
