Pioneer DJM-S11(SE) - INT decks 3/4 PLAY/SYNC ISSUES

Hi Guys/Girls

Having some issues with the internal decks 3/4 of the S11

when I have a track on INT decks 3/4 the following issues occur

1. PLAY button will not toggle on/off

2. If SYNC is enabled you can not toggle off (however if SYNC is off you can toggle on)

all other touch screen functions are working as normal e.g LOOP/HOTCUE/BROWSE/LOAD on all internal screen modes e.g SIMPLE/MASHUP/HOTCUE/MIXER

as a work around, I've been using the MUTE button to cut the track audio , but defiantly think this is a bug/issue.

this was defiantly working before , but not entirely sure when it stopped or combo of software/firmware as not used internal decks for a little while since recently

any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated or even anyone that can relate or share the same experience, nb

Latest firmware and driver installed 

I've not factory reset the mixer yet as everything else is working as it should
