USB Format

Does anyone know if its is OK to use a 512gig FAT32 formatted USB drive in a CDJ3000. I know the normal maximum size for FAT32 is 32G but there are utilities to format any size USB to FAT32.  I have seen the players (4 player setup) that are accessing this USB lock up and not be able to read the USB. I suppose what I am looking for is an official Pioneer response on if it is ok to do this.
