Feeling Helpless - Rekordbox - "Error - File Not Found"

I have my usb plugged in - with auto-relocate search folder and database management set to the exact drive/folder of where the tracks are. However, when I go into "all tracks" on the USB and drag one onto the decks in Rekordbox or XDJ, I get the "error - file not found" message.

I have selected all tracks and auto relocated for them all. However, it is not finding all of the tracks.

This is maddening.

For the love of God, please, someone help me.
