Ddj 200 no split option

Hi I'm looking for some help I have a ddj200 which over Bluetooth works a dream but i cannot get it to load on my windows laptop. When connect the ddj 200 flashes then goes dull with just midi light. Ive used two splitter cables one cheap and one traktor. Both nothing 3 diff usb leads and each one lights up then goes dull. Any suggestions as there isnt specific driver's for this. I dont see the splitter icon on rekordbox so not sure if issue with my soundcard Plz help
