Nexus 2000 network hub not allowing cdj3000 to link via onboard hub?

This was after latest update for cdj3000 before that they worked flawlessly, have tried all obvious remidys, firmware ver is 3.21 for mixer and cdjs work perfect linked straight to each other, so have basicly ruled out everything except the onboard hub in the mixer!! Any help would be appreciated cheers
